What we are

A proper bottle shop and a proper bar share the same Bridge Street address. The shelves hold hundreds of bottled beers and ciders, from Staffordshire and from much further afield — enough to keep you browsing on a rainy afternoon. When you'd rather drink in than carry out, there's cask ale and craft keg on tap. Browse the bottles, take some home, or stay for a drink — the shop and the bar are one and the same place.

The bottle range

The bottled range is the heart of the shop: beers and ciders, local and worldwide, spanning styles from crisp lagers and pale ales to stouts, sours, wheat beers and traditional ciders. Old hands and first-time browsers both leave with something worth opening. Whatever you know — or don't — about beer, there's a bottle here with your name on it.
